Reiki Office Nap

Productivity Productivity Productivity is the mantra of any office. It really does not matter how many hour you put in but it really matters that you get some revenue generated out of the work or not. For productivity many HR policies has been applied and one of those is Office Power Nap. But it is usually a debatable topic between many HRs as it conflicts with the traditional discipline philosophy. But now days when u have newly and challenging global work hours then You have to start thinking new methods which are unconventional methods like Office Power Nap. As it breaks your long day into two parts and makes both the parts and that are Productive, Fresh and Full of Energy. If we talk about the practicality very few and brave companies and HRs have come up to implement this into their Offices. And almost all of them have found very good result of this technique. But there are still old school companies that does not implies these policies Well nothing can be done about that.
                                                                                                It is a now time to move ahead than Power Nap. It is time to implement the Reiki Office Nap. As it is better and two step ahead of the conventional Power Nap techniques. This technique can be divided into 3 steps. And it can be spanned over 20 to 60 mins as per the ease and time availability of the person or the company policy.  
Step 1: Talking to self: this step last for 5-7 mins when u simply talk to urself and ease ur mind, the point is to cool urself down as it should not be a absent sleep. This sleep should be full of energy and awareness. The Talking could as light as just the light lip movement.
Step 2: Let the Nap takes you over means surrender urself to the Nap and let Nap ease u physically and mentally. This process may go over 10-30 mins as per ur stress levels. Let mind be aware that body is Sleeping.
Step 3: This is the step which will happen itself. Nap will leave you itself as the body knows how much rest it needs. After step 2 the Nap will leave you. And you will regain Consciousness NOW slowly slowly come back to normal working style. PLEASE Don’t hurry to come back to normal life in small time take time to come back to normal life.
One Week of the RON (Reiki Office Nap) will make you better and will make you fresh n higher energy levels. And then your productivity will increase.
