Reiki for people management
Managing people has already been in
discussion over the years and in many domains. Managing people involves knowing
the people’s behaviour & theirs possible futures moves and also many more
things if possible and organizing them in such a way so that a focussed output
can be achieved from the group.
Now we will see how Reiki can be
useful for people management. Plz refer to my previous article on Reiki for interpersonal
skills. This article moves ahead of that as in that article we see the
individual energy and in this we will see the group’s energy. The flow of
energy in the group and the blockage of energy in the group form the basis of this
article. A trained person in Reiki we will be able to see the flow and the
existence of energy in the group and then he could be able to channelize that.
Varun, Sourab and Riti has been
assigned to setup a new division of the company which will be taking care of
the new mobile Application development Unit. Now the task is large as they have
to Recruit people organize the recruitment Team, setup the working space,
arrange the computing resources, get the project managers, link them to the
clients etc. and due to the work pressure three of them freaks out almost every day. And the
M.D has to see and manage these three people and then these three has to manage
the whole new Teams. By the very fortunate the M.D is a Reiki Trainer himself
and is able to see the energy flow in the group. And as per his analysis the energy
of the group is centred on varun. Varun by nature is good guy and know how to
manage his own mental and physical energies.
So the M.D helps Varun in refining the techniques he uses like varun
calm himself down every night by light music so one day the M.D of the company
invite him to his house and worked with him on his music selection based on the
blockage of the mental energy. By this way varun is able to know exactly how to
keep him calm every day not only at night but also at the day time and
specially at the work place. And now we helps his team in a better way as vision
about the energy flow helps him to point of the tiredness in his team mate
sourab and riti. He don’t mind giving them a meditation session at the work
place also so that they can be eased at the work place also. Now it is a usual routine (NOT Daily) that
they assemble and the M.D becomes a Reiki Master not a BOSS and channelize the
energy among them by music, my acute puncture etc. as there are various methods
that are used for Reiki. If you ask me about the total techniques for Reiki for
managing people than there are here as some of the techniques like music, acupuncture,
