What is sleep?
Problem: why the sleep is not refreshing people mentally and
physically. Why people are not able to have a good sleep and why there is
sleeping disorders.
Phenomena:
Sleeping is a natural and ancient method for refreshing
ourselves mentally and physically. There has been a no. of research done on how
to sleep. But every dam research simple misses how to increase the quality of
sleep. They are simple accumulating on no. of hours of sleep.
Actually the process of sleep is very simple. We should
simple die completely during our sleep time so that the eternal energy can flow
through us and our blocked energy in mind and body gets cleared and we feels energized
& we can wake up like a new born person.
If this simple phenomena is not allowed to happen than
sleeping disorder is bound to happen.
Solution:
Reiki is one of the solutions for better sleep. And by
applying some simple techniques we can prevent and remove the sleeping disorder
without having any chemical side affects which modern day medicine system is
giving to us. As I told above about the energy blockage lets understand in
short and crisp form about it. When we sleep we have developed bad methods of
stressing our hands and stomach for keeping the stress generated during the day
and not allowing it to go away.
Let’s see our working methods from Monday to Sunday the no.s

In these days we work like a robot and stressful day and
improper sleep adds up only on Friday the stress level in sleep is less.

Stress level in sleep is high as next day is Monday. And
during day we have planned lots of word so even being a rest day the stress
level are high.

So see above we have the 90% of the week’s time and we are
keeping or increasing the stress levels and on Saturday we are not doing
anything for the stress relief as we are still using the conventional method of
just resting and thinking that the stress will go away. But as we have noted that the mind is still
thinking and working not taking rest so the conventional methods as to be left
and new method has to be take up as the stress levels are not light they are
heavy and can be relived only by new and unconventional methods.
And for the people who are living a stressful
corporate life whose stress levels are still higher and reliving time is very
less and almost only one method of stress reliving that is drinking alcohol.
Than sleeping disorder is bound to happen and later this sleeping disorder will
turn into other things like stomach disorder, indigestions etc.
Various Reiki master offer various tips and here are some of
them. They also suggest the consultation with some Reiki master so that they
can see your sleeping disorder level and suggest some more method of treatment.
Tip 1: Before
sleeping, Plan your sleep like, look carefully whats running in your mind.
Tip 2: It better to throughout all that is troubling the
mind. If needed note all that down on a piece of paper & solve that thing
later but at sleeping time NO mental activity.
Tip 3: Talk to yourself and see where all physically you
need treatment i.e it could be pain in wrist, slight Headache, then you should
use some balm or some ointment etc.
Tip 4: Try and avoid pill as long as possible as they are
very heavy on liver.
Tip 5: Give it time for all the tips to start working. As
this stress and energy blocking has taken time so be patient to let it go away.
Everybody should do these techniques as they are completely
